Tracking
It typically takes about 24 hours for your tracking to show up online. If you don’t see it right away it should update shortly.

Dosage
Please understand we cannot give you dosage information due to FDA regulation. We only sell Kratom as a bulk botanical with no claims or instruction. If this is something you need to find out there’s plenty of information all over the internet. Erowid.org is a trusted source for these questions.

Tracking Shows Delivered but I’ve not received it
Depending on your post office they may scan the package as delivered but have it kept at the post office. Please contact your local Post Office with the tracking number we sent you and they will be able to find it for you.

Priority Mail
All given transit times on the website are AVERAGES ONLY, there are no guaranteed delivery times even for Prioirty Mail. If you don’t receive your order with in 7 business days and haven’t seen any movement on tracking please contact us then and we’ll look into reshipping your order. Please understand we have no control over the post office once the package leaves our hands.
