It typically takes about 24 hours for your tracking to show up online. If you don't see it right away please wait about 1 day.
Please understand we cannot give you dosage information but you will find active amounts on the different product pages. Kratom in general is active at about 2 grams (3-4 caps) and Kratom Extract is active at 0.5 grams (1 cap). Everyone is different but those are good starting guidelines.
Tracking Shows Delivered but I've not received it
Depending on your post office they may scan the package as delivered but have it kept at the post office. Please contact your local Post Office with the tracking number we sent you and they will be able to find it for you.
All given transit times on the website are AVERAGES ONLY, there are no guaranteed delivery times even for Prioirty Mail. If you don't receive your order with in 7 business days and haven't seen any movement on tracking please contact us then and we'll look into reshipping your order. Please understand we have no control over the post office once the package leaves our hands.
